Newsletter Subscribers: Your XP typically will appear within minutes after you subscribe to the e-Maille list (you may need to refresh your account and/or log out and log back in).
Manual Side Quests: XP for certain side quests may be delayed on weekends and holidays if we need to manually update your stash.
The 2-Day Rule: If it has been 2 business days and your stash still doesn't match up, please reach out via the Contact Page . We want to make sure every adventurer gets their due rewards!

Our aluminum and stainless steel jewelry will not tarnish. The colors (anodized aluminum, niobium or titanium) can subtly fade over a long period, so store colorful pieces away from direct sunlight. For pieces that include gold-plated or black-coated hardware, please note that the finish is designed for durability but may naturally wear over time.

Easily clean all your pieces with mild dish soap and cool water.
