Refund policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your Rebeca Mojica jewelry, please contact us at [email protected]. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN WINDOW - Refunds and exchanges are available for non-custom work if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your items, and we receive the items back within 30 days of your order.  Orders placed during the holiday season (starting Nov 1) may be returned through January 15 of the following year.

All pieces must be in the same condition as when sent to you.  Custom work is generally non refundable.  

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your order arrives damaged in any way, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to make things right.

The following terms and conditions apply to returns & exchanges:

ALL JEWELRY PRODUCTS - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags or jewelry cards attached.

INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Items that have been worn, damaged after opening, or that carry any scent (perfume, cigarette, etc) are not able to be returned. In addition, customized pieces and sample sale items are non-refundable.

  • Commissions and Customized Work - Final Sale. Returns accepted only if the product is defective. No exchanges.
    • These items are made to your specific order and cannot be resold. Therefore, once an order is placed, it is a final sale.
    • We will only accept a return if the item is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Sample Sale Items - Final Sale. Returns accepted only if the product is defective. No exchanges.
    • Products purchased as "Sample Sale" are sold as-is, often at a significant discount. These sales are final.
    • We will only accept a return if the item is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective Products: If a final sale or customized item is received in a defective condition, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 14 of delivery) with photos of the defect. We will review the claim and provide instructions for a return and refund.

 

TO RETURN AN ITEM

To return items for a refund/credit or exchange, please message us first to receive return authorization. Buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrived damaged or buyer received an incorrect item. Carefully package the items and send to:
