Shipping

Note: order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 2 to 10 business days (M-F, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Typically earrings and small pendants are completed within 3 business days. Bracelets and some necklaces are completed in 3-5 business days. Larger and/or intricate pieces can take up to 10 business days (2 weeks) to ship. Please contact me before placing your order if you have a deadline, as I'll do my best to accommodate.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

US Shipping Rates: Rates are shown at checkout. Orders $35 and up ship free via USPS Ground Advantage. You can upgrade any order to USPS Priority Mail or Express Shipping, or select UPS as a carrier; fees for those services will be calculated and shown at checkout.


 

Local pickup

If you're in West Hollywood, feel free to contact me to arrange for pickup. It's always nice to meet customers face to face!

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, and the UK. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rebeca Mojica is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Check the status of your order on our order tracking page.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (domestic) or within 3 weeks (international), please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


What if my order is lost in the mail?

If tracking is not updated for 14+ days, please contact us to so we can figure out your options. Occasionally packages get stuck in the USPS system, or take an extremely "scenic route." Rarely does a package go missing for good. If that happens, we will ship a replacement or refund.


I entered an incorrect address.

Depending on the error, your package may be returned to us. If it does, we'll refund the price of your items, not including any shipping charges you may have paid. This will allow you to place another order with your correct address.

 

My package says it was delivered but I never received it.

Almost every time this happens, the package was either scanned early, or a neighbor/housemate has the package. Here are recommended steps; please contact us at any time during the process.

  1. First, try checking with your local post office with the tracking number to see if they can help. They can usually provide the GPS coordinates where the package was delivered. 
  2. Ask neighbors and other household residents if they have your package, as this sometimes happens!  If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your management office to see if they are holding your package.
  3. If you can, check with your mail carrier who may remember something about this delivery. Most items are shipped in a small brown cardboard box, about 7"x4"x1"
  4. File a Missing Mail report here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm (Or, I can file it for you; I would need to know if the address is residential, business, neighborhood cluster box or "other")
  5.  If you're still unable to locate the package, then report the crime at 877.876.2455 or https://www.uspis.gov/ Mail theft is a felony and they'll pay more attention if multiple losses are reported in an area.
