Newsletter Subscribers: Your XP typically will appear within minutes after you subscribe to the e-Maille list (you may need to refresh your account and/or log out and log back in).
Manual Side Quests: XP for certain side quests may be delayed on weekends and holidays if we need to manually update your stash.
The 2-Day Rule: If it has been 2 business days and your stash still doesn't match up, please reach out via the Contact Page . We want to make sure every adventurer gets their due rewards!

Orders $35+ ship FREE within USA.

🎁 If your order is a gift shipping directly to the recipient, please let me know in the order note section during checkout. If you have a message for the recipient, I can also add that to the package.

Current Production Time: Most orders ship within 3 business days (M-F). For orders with custom items, multiple statement pieces or 6+ items, please allow up to 6 business days, or up to the timeframe indicated in our correspondence. Feel free to reach out to inquire about current production times before placing your order.

Shipping: Your shipping options and costs are shown at checkout and are based on the carrier service you choose, the weight of your items, and your distance from Los Angeles, CA. Orders $35+ within the USA are eligible for free Ground Advantage shipping via USPS.
