Care

Our aluminum and stainless steel jewelry will not tarnish. The colors (anodized aluminum, niobium or titanium) can subtly fade over a long period, so store colorful pieces away from direct sunlight. For pieces that include gold-plated or black-coated hardware, please note that the finish is designed for durability but may naturally wear over time.

Easily clean all your pieces with mild dish soap and cool water.

Packaging

Jewelry Items: Most jewelry items are protected in a jewelry box. To reduce waste, multiple items are placed in a single box. You can purchase extra boxes if you would like each item separately boxed.

Larger Items: Belts, chunky necklaces, and other larger pieces are sent in an organza bag, as they do not fit in our standard boxes.

Other Items: Charms and fidgets are wrapped in tissue and do not include a box.

🎁 For Gifts: If your item is a gift, please add a note during checkout! We’ll enclose the jewelry box in a colorful organza bag, and can include a handwritten note if you'd like. If the item is shipping directly to the recipient, let us know and we will omit the price on the packing slip.

Current Production Time: Many items are already made and ready to ship within 1-3 business days. For orders with multiple statement pieces or 10+ items, please allow 4-8 business days for your order to ship. Feel free to reach out to inquire about current production times before placing your order.

Shipping: Your shipping options and costs are shown at checkout and are based on the carrier service you choose, the weight of your items, and your distance from Los Angeles, CA. Orders $35+ within the USA are eligible for free Ground Advantage shipping via USPS.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on non-custom items.

Standard Returns: Please notify us within 14 days of receipt, and return the item within 30 days of your order date.

Holiday Season: Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st may be exchanged until January 15th of the following year.

Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Note: Custom work and sample sale items are non-refundable.

Can I get different colors?

Absolutely! Color customization—including different pride flags or palettes—is available for existing designs at no extra charge. With virtually infinite combinations possible, I simply haven't woven every design yet. But know that I'd love to make yours! 😊

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

While no metal is guaranteed to be 100% immune from reactions, our aluminum and surgical stainless steel are widely considered to be hypoallergenic options. Both are well-tolerated by those with sensitivities. For earrings, you may wish to upgrade the earwire to gold-fill, titanium or niobium.

What if it doesn't fit?

If you need an item altered, please contact Rebeca first for assistance. We generally do not charge for alterations, but you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. We will ship the altered item back to you free of charge.

Do you offer gift cards?

You bet! Gift cards are available for purchase in a range of denominations, starting at $15.
